Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the Vetvo public website at vetvo.com handles information. It applies to this website and its waitlist only. The Vetvo app is still in development; before it launches, we will publish a separate, more detailed privacy policy that covers the app.
Who we are
Vetvo LLC is an independent U.S. company building a community platform for U.S. veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and adult military family members. You can reach us at hello@vetvo.com.
What this website collects
This website is a static informational site. Its pages do not set cookies, do not include advertising or tracking pixels, and do not run session-recording tools.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs, and may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, when protecting the site from automated traffic), as part of serving and protecting the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own policies.
If we later enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it will be a privacy-focused, cookieless measurement tool, and we will update this notice at that time. No analytics are active today.
The waitlist
When waitlist signups open, the form will ask for, at most:
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional)
- Your connection to the military community (optional)
- What you are interested in (optional)
- State or metro area (optional)
- A consent checkbox (required)
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, health information, disability information, government identifiers, military records, or benefits-related details through the waitlist form. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or verify military status.
How we use waitlist information
- To contact you about Vetvo early access and related updates
- To understand overall interest in Vetvo
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Removing your information
If you would like your waitlist information removed, email hello@vetvo.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it.
Age requirement
This website and the waitlist are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Vetvo develops. We will post any updated version on this page with a new effective date.
